Whether you’re cleaning out the attic, or tearing down a house, we have dumpsters that are right for your job.

10-Yard Unit (4,000 pounds/2 tons)

10 yard dumpster rental

A perfect fit for minor renovation projects or that oh-so-fun clean-up work, our 10-yard units hold about 5 pick-up truck loads of stuff. Our customers order this size when they’re:

  • cleaning the garage
  • remodeling their kitchen
  • replacing a roof (NOTE: not a mansion)
  • clearing yard debris (but not a forest)

The low height of this unit makes it particularly easy to load.

15-Yard Unit (6,000 pounds/3 tons)

15 yard dumpster rental

A perfect fit for small- to medium-sized renovation projects or clean-up work, our 15-yard units will hold about 7 1/2 pick-up truck loads of stuff. Customers order these when they’re:

  • cleaning the garage and the attic
  • remodeling a kitchen and a bathroom or a couple of bedrooms
  • replacing a roof from a smaller home
  • clearing debris of a large suburban/country yard

The low height of this unit makes it easy to load, although if you need a dumpster this large, you’re kinda moving out of the “easy” category for your project.

20-Yard Unit (8,000 pounds/4 tons)

20 yard dumpster rental

Twice the capacity of our 10-yard units (well, duh), our 20-yard units will hold about 10 pick-up truck loads of stuff. Our customers order this size when they’re:

  • cleaning the entire home
  • remodeling their kitchen and a couple of bathrooms
  • replacing a roof for a medium-sized home or a smaller-sized commercial building
  • Clearing a lot for new-home construction

This dumpster size is typically used by those working on smaller commercial projects, but some homeowners may consider this size when they’re tackling a big mess.

30-Yard Unit (10,000 pounds/5 tons)

30 yard dumpster rental

Three times the capacity of our 10-yard units (now we’re just showing off our math skills), our 30-yard units hold about 15 pick-up truck loads of stuff. Customers order this size when they’re:

  • cleaning the entire home, plus
  • remodeling their kitchen and a couple of bathrooms
  • replacing a roof for a large home or a medium-sized commercial building
  • Clearing a lot for new-home construction

This dumpster is typically used commercially, yet some homeowners still request this size for hefty interior and exterior make-overs. Just note that the 5 1/2’ height of the dumpster walls will give your upper body a workout if you’re tossing heavy material from ground level.

  • remodeling and upgrading an entire home
  • replacing a roof of a McMansion or medium-sized commercial building

Picking a size

Choosing the right dumpster is your first step with two things to consider:

  1. How much volume will your waste consume – will it all fit in the dumpster you request?
  2. How much will your discarded stuff weigh?

While you don’t want to pay for more than you need, it’s simpler to get a bit more dumpster than you need, than get stuck with leftover stuff that won’t fit. And our low overage charge won’t break the bank. So load it up!

If you don’t know what size you need, call us!
